In 2010, I qualified with a level 3 diploma from the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) in London and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). This promotes the professional standards of reflexology to the highest level. Whilst the profession is self regulated, you can be confident that when you see the initials MAR that the practitioner is professionally qualified, adhering to a strict code of conduct, holds a first aid qualification and is fully insured.

With 30 years experience of practicing as a Registered Nurse, with a specialism in orthopaedics, I have worked in NHS and private hospitals in London, Surrey and Hampshire. I trained as a reflexologist to complement my nursing background, which has furthered my interest in holistic healthcare.
